Intensive Outpatient Program “IOP”
The Floyd County Community Corrections Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to target nonviolent offenders who have been identified as a high risk for re-offending according to the Indiana Risk Assessment. The Intensive Outpatient Program is a program for those in the criminal justice system seeking recovery from substance abuse disorders.
Intensive Outpatient Program Overview:
- Participants will be assessed to determine risk level.
- Participants will be required to submit to drug screens.
- Participants must agree to the rules and terms of the program.
- Group will meet three times a week for eight weeks.
- Each group session will meet for three hours.
- Each block of time is broken into three separate formats which include an active engagement class, creative recovery group and an interactive integration class.
- It is an open-ended intervention program that allows continuous intake.
- It is administered in a group setting.
